Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a time-honored practice in the Catholic Church that fosters spiritual growth in the Christian life. A spiritual director is a companion, one who walks alongside another as they seek to deepen their awareness of God’s presence and work in their life.

A candidate for spiritual direction might be asking themselves, “Where is God in the midst of all that encompasses my life – work, home, family, friends, sufferings, decisions, self-image?”

Spiritual direction focuses on growing in awareness of God’s deep and personal love, and on our natural response to that love.
